Custom Artwork Guide

Let your creativity shine by adding art that expresses who you are. This can range from logos, to cartoon images, to photos of your pets. We will do our best to render them as a minimal, outline image that can be drawn on your box. See how the process works below.

How to get your image on a box

  • 1. Upload the image

    Choose the product you want. In the Personalise Your Box section, select Custom Logo Design. Upload your logo. You'll see the name of the file belore the button to confirm the upload was successful.

  • 2. Checkout

    When you go to the checkout screen you will see the file name and the line item for a Custom Logo Design but you wont be charged at the time of purchase.

  • 3. We Review

    Once you pay for the box, we'll be notified of your custom logo design request. Our design team will look over the image. Some modifications may need to happen to transfer the image onto the box. Some may not be feasible.

  • 4. Quote

    You'll recieve a quote in the 2-3 days following your order to the same email you used at checkout. This will indicate the level of complexity to replicate the image (between $50-$100).

  • 5. You Decide

    It is up to you whether you want to continue with the image or remove it from your order. If you have questions please reply to the email and we'll do our best to answer.

  • 6. Payment

    When you pay the invoice our team will be notified and we will start work on your order! If you choose not to go ahead with the image, reply to the quote email and we will proceed with your item without the image.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the image on the box match the image that I upload?

We will try our best to get it as close as possible. Some images can be very detailed and it is not possible to bring over that level of detail into the printers. There may be an alteration or reduction in the amount of lines and colours, but we will seek your approval first. You get the chance to review the image and make 2 rounds of edits before going forward with payment.

How long do I have to review the quote?

You have 7 days to review the quote before we will proceed with your order without the image. Within those 7 days feel free to reply to the quote email to ask questions.

What if I change my mind and want a new image?

Sure! If you recieve the rendering of your image and you're not happy with it and would rather try another image, we're happy to work with you during that 7 day quote window.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you don't want to move forward with the quote, and because of that no longer want your order, please reply to the quote email and get in touch with us. We'll be happy to issue a refund of your product if you are not happy with the custom image design.
